Schwalb Realty Group, Inc. was founded in 2002 by David Schwalb. Mr. Schwalb established the firm to provide a more personalized service approach for high net worth families and institutions seeking to acquire top tier real estate assets.
Prior to the commencement of his career in commercial real estate brokerage, Mr. Schwalb practiced corporate, finance and real estate law at several downtown Chicago law firms. During his six years of practice as an attorney Mr. Schwalb realized that many well-qualified commercial real estate buyers were underserved by most conventional brokerages which concentrate solely on marketing their own listings and conducting widespread mass marketing efforts of properties. He recognized that there was a growing demand from sophisticated real estate investors to solely pursue acquisition opportunities that are not widely-marketed among the real estate investor community.
