Chris has been part of the Schwalb Companies team since 2023. Prior to working at Schwalb, he successfully grew a CBD workout supplements company, Jane’s Medicinals, before exiting the venture during the COVID pandemic. Since 2020 Chris has embarked on his own real estate investments firm with properties across the Chicagoland area.
In addition to serving clients of Schwalb Realty Group, Chris also serves as an M&A Associate Director for Schwalb Corporate Advisory. Chris has a strong background in manufacturing and currently sits on the board of directors of both MuL Technologies and GMI Solutions.
Chris attended Loyola University of Chicago where he studied Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Chinese (Mandarin). He is the founder of Highway 61 Realty, a property investment and management firm, and Director at WAFTT Capital, overseeing all alternative investments and deal flow. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, skiing, trying new restaurants in the West Loop, and spending time with friends.
