Camille Kearns Rudy

Camille Kearns Rudy works closely with David Schwalb to identify opportunities to help entrepreneurs and families sell their private companies that “make or move things.” Camille’s extensive range of experience includes prior executive positions with the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce as well as the Illinois Chamber of Commerce. Camille also served as a principal at Meder & Associates, specializing in executive search for major firms in telecommunications, financial services, consumer products and management consulting.

More recently, between 2010 and 2020, Camille served as National Director for Professional Groups at Workiva, where she played an instrumental role in growing the SEC Pro Group from 300 members to over 10,000 during a six-year period.

Camille describes herself as a life long connector and extrovert, and has been a passionate advocate for women.
