Bruce Graham is a Commercial Real Estate Broker with Schwalb Realty Group, Inc. Bruce draws upon a unique background in corporate investigations and due diligence. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate broker, Bruce operated as a Licensed Private Detective involved with corporate matters including due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, employee investigations, and the vetting of board members.
Earlier in his career, Bruce was a Series 7 licensee in the financial services industry where he specialized in private placements for commercial real estate and other tax-favored investments for high net worth investors. He also assisted with helping to fund several IPOs.
Bruce understands the challenges and rewards of investing in commercial real estate as he is also an investor in several multi-family assets.
Bruce graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a B.A. in Criminal Justice. He also earned an M.S.W. from the same institution.
In the community, Bruce founded a not-for-profit organization that brought youth from under-privileged communities together with art teachers and professional comic book artists to create comic books suggesting alternative strategies to conflict resolution. For over 20 years, Bruce also provided pro bono coaching to adults in a business and personal growth program.
Bruce resides in Chicago with his long-term girlfriend and fellow investor, Cecilia and he has a son, Jeremy, currently living in Los Angeles.
