A Note from David Schwalb, President of SRG

The state of "The" Real Estate Market frequently finds its ways into discussions at social gatherings and various meetings.  My colleagues and I frequently endure unsolicited sympathies from casual observers of the real estate market. 

Make no mistake, many sectors of both residential and commercial real estate in the United States have experienced setbacks during the past few years.  Nevertheless, wherever there is crisis there can be opportunity.  Even in the current climate of scarcely available mortgage financing and equity capital our clients have closed a variety of deals.

The lesson to be learned is that the challenging times during the past few years should only bring out the best in us and make us work more efficiently than ever to procure valuable opportunities for our valued clients.
